Cat Karma — Privacy Policy

Cat Karma ("the App") is a single-player casual arcade game for Android, developed by an independent solo developer.

1. Data we collect

The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII). Specifically:

No account creation, sign-in, or user profile
No analytics SDKs (Firebase, GameAnalytics, AppsFlyer, etc.)
No advertising SDKs and no ads inside the App
No crash-reporting third-party SDK
No location, contacts, microphone, camera, or device-identifier access
No social network integration
No tracking across other apps or websites

The App only writes a small local save file to your device's app-private storage (user://entitlement.cache) to remember whether you have purchased the in-app unlock. This file never leaves your device.

2. In-app purchases

The App offers a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase ("Cat Karma — Full Game Unlock") that unlocks the Beginner, Intermediate, and Pro game modes. The purchase is processed by Google Play Billing under Google's terms and privacy policy. We do not receive your payment information or any Google account details — we only receive an entitlement confirmation from the Google Play Billing service indicating whether the purchase is active.

3. Permissions requested

INTERNET — required by Google Play Billing to verify the entitlement state. No other network traffic is generated by the App.
VIBRATE — used for haptic feedback on hits and in-game events. Optional, can be disabled in OS settings.

The App requests no other permissions.

4. Children's privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Because no PII is collected at all, the App complies with COPPA and GDPR-K by design.

5. Third-party services

The only third-party service the App integrates with is Google Play Billing, exclusively for processing the in-app purchase. We do not share any data with any other third party.

6. Changes to this policy

If we change this privacy policy, we will update this page and bump the "Effective date" above. Material changes will be communicated through the app store listing.
